How does it work?

For every $1 you spend (before tax/shipping), you will earn 1 point. Once you reach 500 points (i.e. $500 spent), you will receive a $25 rewards credit to use on a future purchase. Some item exclusions may apply, please speak with an associate or email: [email protected] for more information.

Where do I sign up?

Simply visit the online account page to either sign up for the first time, or connect your in-store account to a Rewards account. Rewards accounts are created online, but can be used in-store once they’re set up!

Does it cost money to create a Rewards account?

No, our Rewards program is completely free to join!

Who can become a Rewards Member?

All Nankin Hobby customers are eligible to receive rewards points on their purchases, except Nankin employees and Nankin Hobby Racing drivers/members.

When do my points expire?

Never! Your points balance will never expire. Once you reach the 500 point mark, you will receive a $25 credit to use on a future purchase and your points balance will start back at zero.

When do my $25 credits expire?

Once you earn a $25 credit, you’ll have 1 year to use it before it expires.

How many credits can I earn?

There is no limit as to the amount of $25 credits you can earn.

When can I use my credits once I receive them?

All point balance changes take effect overnight each day. If your account reaches the 500 mark overnight, you’ll be able to use your $25 credit the very next day online or at any of our store locations.

How do returns affect point balances?

When you return an item that you’ve earned points for, those points will automatically be deducted from your points balance.

How can I check my points balance online?

After logging into your Nankin Hobby online account, you’ll be shown a page with your username and email address. Click the link titled “View My Account & Rewards.” This will direct you to a page showing you your Loyalty ID#, along with any points or rewards credits you’ve earned.

If you do not see these items and you have signed up for rewards, your account points balance might still be at zero.

As a reminder, point balances update overnight. If you make a purchase during normal business hours, your points balance will reflect those purchases the very next day.
